SHIPPING & RETURNS

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All of our inventory are ready for immediate shipment.  Unless otherwise noted, we will ship your order within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We are pleased to ship all over the world. Please send us an e-mail with your location, to confirm availability. International shipments may incur additional duty/customs/taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

Standard shipping is UPS Ground for all shipments within the USA. For International Shipments we use Priority International Mail via the USPS. All dresses are shipped fully insured with a signature required for delivery. Accessories are shipped insured with tracking information (insurance and signature requirement are an additional charge).

 

Upgraded shipping to 3-day, 2-day, and overnight is available. Send us an e-mail (link) if you’d like to make upgraded shipping arrangements.

WILL MY ORDER BE SAFE GETTING TO ME?

All gowns are shipped, fully insured for the full purchase price of the order.  We also require a signature for delivery to ensure that your gown will not be left unattended at the time of delivery.


Your gown will be packaged with expert care to ensure safe arrival. Should your gown get damaged during shipment, your claim must be submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return purchase in the same condition sold with tags and accessories within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or credit.

We are deeply honored to be a part of your big day. But sometimes a dress from our site is just not “the perfect match.” We understand and want to help you find the gown of your dreams. We offer a very flexible return policy for our dresses,  just be sure to follow the guidelines below.

 

Step 1:

 

You must contact us via email (salesmjbfashions@gmail.com) within 24 hours of signing for the delivery of your dress or accessories. (Note: The 24-hour deadline only applies to notifying us that you would like to return/exchange the dress. Additional details regarding shipping the dress back to us will be discussed in Step 2 below.)

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your Name

  • Dress or Accessories Listing Number

  • Tracking number for your dress or accessories

  • Reason for return

  • Contact Phone Number

If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of signing for your wedding dress or accessories, we will consider it satisfactory and no refunds/returns will be accepted. All sales are final after 24 hours unless an RA# (Return Authorization Number) has been issued by us.

 

Step 2:

 

We will respond to you within 24 hours of receipt of your request and issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  If we do not contact you during this time it means we did not get your e-mail.

Step 3:

 

Once you’ve received the Return Authorization Number (RA#) ship the gown back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping and full insurance charges. When shipping your dress or accessories, include the RA# on the outside of the box.

  • For U.S. Customers, dresses or accessories must arrive within 6 days of receiving your RA#.

  • For International Customers, dresses or accessories must arrive within 10 days of receiving your RA#.

Dresses or accessories that arrive outside of that time frame or do not have an RA# on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to the sender without issuing a refund.
